In fact, the more closely Ms. Christie narrowed her search focus over the last 12 years to the emerging technology and the Fortune 500 technology vendors within the sales/sales management and pre-sales domain, the more adept she became at serving her clients and candidates alike.

Alayna Christie also considers herself a lifelong learner who has constantly sought higher education to sharpen her competitive advantage. She is a University of Alberta Bachelor of Commerce graduate, and pursued post-graduate training at the Pacific Asian Management Institute at the University of Hawaii and Nova Southeastern University in Florida.
She started her career in human resource consulting and has delivered over a hundred and fifty workshops on personality profiling, best hiring practices, and performance management. Ms. Christie has also guest lectured at industry conferences and has made television appearances on noted topics of interest.
